The hotel's location is perfect for easy access to City Hall and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. The rooms, though facing the courtyard and with functional temperature control, had issues with noisy surroundings. The service, while largely helpful and polite, fell short with limited charging sockets. Dining options were disappointing with cold and burnt food offerings, not worth the price. Despite these drawbacks, the central location is ideal for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room I got was way more luxurious and spacious compared to other places I've stayed before. Plus, the price was a steal, including a full English breakfast and even a complimentary bottle of wine when booking directly. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was super cozy with fabulous pillows. The only downside was that it felt a bit chilly in the mezzanine room.
