Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location is perfect for easy access to City Hall and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. The rooms, though facing the courtyard and with functional temperature control, had issues with noisy surroundings. The service, while largely helpful and polite, fell short with limited charging sockets. Dining options were disappointing with cold and burnt food offerings, not worth the price. Despite these drawbacks, the central location is ideal for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room I got was way more luxurious and spacious compared to other places I've stayed before. Plus, the price was a steal, including a full English breakfast and even a complimentary bottle of wine when booking directly. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was super cozy with fabulous pillows. The only downside was that it felt a bit chilly in the mezzanine room.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Sheffield, ideal for a night out, and just a stone's throw away from City Hall. The rooms may have a traditional charm in their decor, but they offer a pleasant view of the square and come equipped with essential amenities like an iron and ironing board. The staff is attentive and always friendly, making sure every need is met. While the dining options may not be worth the extra charge, the facility is conveniently placed in the bustling Leopold Square, providing easy access to nearby restaurants if needed. Overall, a great location with some minor drawbacks in the dining department.
The hotel is in a superb location right by Leopold Square. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need, but it can get noisy due to the square. The service is friendly and accommodating, but they might need more staff. The location is excellent, close to the train station and many attractions. Dining can be a bit slow during busy times. The hotel offers great value for a family stay.
The hotel is located in the heart of Sheffield, surrounded by restaurants, pubs, and shops. The rooms were excellent, but some might find them small with oddly shaped layouts and slightly smaller beds in certain rooms. The breakfast experience was outstanding, and the morning staff were incredibly attentive. The location is unbeatable for exploring the city's attractions. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor room-related drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was lovely, with interesting and spacious rooms that included a mezzanine bedroom. The rooms were quiet and peaceful, although a bit small, making the bed close to the window. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The location was perfect for exploring Sheffield's attractions and restaurants. Dining had some room for improvement, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
